Kaju katli recipe is really a favorite Indian special sweet made from powdered cashew nut , sugar, and with a pinch of cardamom powder for that exotic aroma. Kaju katli recipe are famous during the festivals like Diwali. Especially its is all time favorite sweet recipe for kids as its mouth watering taste makes your kid to say “mommy one more pleaseeeeeee”!

Kaju Katli Recipe Preparation:

1. Soak the cashews (Kajus) for 15 mins.

2. Then blend the soaked cashews along with the sugar and milk in a blender.

3. Heat up the pan in a low flame.

4. Add the butter or ghee along with the cardamom powder.

5. Now add the blended batter of cashew to the pan.

6. Stir constantly until the mixture becomes thicker.

7. Make sure it doesn’t burns from the sides, so keep stirring for 15 minutes.

8. Put the content into a greased pan and spread it out all over the pan

8. Cool it and cut into diamond shape

9. Garnish the barfi with varakh (silver leaves)

Coconut burfi recipe is one of my favorite sweets. It is a sweet, sugary, delicious, flavored and chewy made out of dry shredded coconut powder, condensed milk and pinch of cardamom. This coconut burfi recipe is really very simple and easy it can be made in just 10 minutes and it taste absolutely heavenly. It is named as ‘Khobbri mithai’ in Kannada and ‘Naralachi Vadi’ or ‘Khobarychi Vadi’ in Marathi.

Preparation of Coconut Burfi Recipe:

1)  Place the pan on the stove at sim or low flame.

2)  Roast the coconut gently until you get the smell or the aroma of the roasted coconut.

3)  Add Condensed milk along with cardamom powder.

4)  Constantly stir the mixture until 2 to 3 minutes.

5)  Pour this mixture into a baking dish coated with butter.

6)  Spread it evenly over the baking dish using a spatula and leave it cool.

7)  Refrigerate the burfi for about 1 hour and then start cutting the burfi into diamond shape.

8)  You can also garnish it with varakh or saffron to garnish.
